1. Introduction

Welcome to Turtletay, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our mobile or web applications, including but not limited to CallTimes, Timesheet Daily, and CrewBuilder (collectively, "the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Apps for your personal or professional use. You may not:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any of the Apps.
• Use the Apps for any illegal purpose.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Apps.

3. Data Ownership and Privacy

• Local Storage: Our Apps are designed to prioritize your privacy. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your data. We do not have access to your personal records and cannot recover data if it is lost or if you delete the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Calculations (such as payroll estimates, overtime, or meal penalties) will always be 100% accurate. You are responsible for verifying all calculations and data before submitting them to third parties (e.g., payroll or production).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turtletay, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data.
• Loss of wages, profits, or revenue resulting from the use of or inability to use the Apps.
• Errors in timesheets, call sheets, or crew lists.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Apps following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
