This Privacy Policy describes how Timesheet Daily ("we," "our," or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. Timesheet Daily is operated by Turtletay, Inc, a business based in California, United States.

By using Timesheet Daily, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Timesheet Daily is designed to store information locally on your device and optionally sync via your personal iCloud account. The App may collect and store the following information that you directly provide:

• Timesheet Data: Work dates, times (call time, lunch breaks, wrap time), project information (show name, department, location, episode numbers), and notes
• Employee Information: Names, job titles/positions entered into the employee database
• Crew Lists: Saved crew configurations and team member information
• Contact Information: When you choose to import contacts, the App accesses contact names and job titles from your device's Contacts app (with your explicit permission)

Automatically Collected Information

Timesheet Daily does NOT collect:

• Analytics or usage data
• Device identifiers
• Location data
• Advertising identifiers
• Any personal information beyond what you directly enter

How We Use Your Information

All information you enter into Timesheet Daily is used solely for the following purposes:

1. App Functionality: To provide timesheet tracking, crew management, and PDF export features
2. iCloud Sync: To sync your data across your Apple devices using your personal iCloud account (if you have iCloud enabled)
3. Data Storage: To maintain your timesheet history and employee database locally on your device

We do NOT:

• Share your data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising
• Track your usage or behavior
• Collect analytics
• Access your data on our servers (we don't have servers - all data is local or in your iCloud)

Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

All timesheet and employee data is stored locally on your device using a secure SQLite database.

iCloud Storage

If you have iCloud enabled on your device, Timesheet Daily will automatically sync your data to your personal iCloud account. This allows you to access your timesheets across all your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac).

Important: Your iCloud data is stored in your personal iCloud account, controlled by Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Security Measures

• All data is stored using industry-standard encryption provided by iOS and iCloud
• No data is transmitted to external servers
• Your data remains under your control at all times

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

1. By Your Direction: When you choose to export a timesheet as a PDF and share it via email or other methods
2. Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation
3. Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (users would be notified)

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access and Control

• You have full access to all data stored in the App
• You can view, edit, or delete any timesheet or employee record at any time
• You can export your data as PDF files

iCloud Control

• You can enable or disable iCloud sync in your device settings
• You can delete the App and all associated iCloud data at any time

Contacts Permission

• You can grant or revoke Contacts access in your device Settings → Privacy & Security → Contacts
• The App only accesses contacts when you explicitly choose to import from contacts

Data Deletion

To delete all your data:

1. Delete all timesheets and employees within the App, or
2. Delete the App from your device, or
3. Delete the App's iCloud data from Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage

Children's Privacy

Timesheet Daily is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Right to Know

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect.

Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. You can delete all your data by deleting the App or by deleting records within the App.

Right to Opt-Out

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account, you have direct control over your data at all times. You can access, modify, or delete your data directly through the App or your device settings.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and on our website
• Providing an in-app notification for material changes

Your continued use of Timesheet Daily after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Timesheet Daily uses the following Apple services:

iCloud

If enabled, your data syncs via iCloud. iCloud is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

Contacts

If you grant permission, the App can import contact information. This is governed by iOS privacy controls and Apple's Privacy Policy.

GRDB (Database Library)

The App uses GRDB, an open-source database library. GRDB does not collect or transmit any data. More information: https://github.com/groue/GRDB.swift

Data Retention

• Timesheet Data: Retained indefinitely until you delete it
• Employee Data: Retained indefinitely until you delete it
• Deleted Data: Permanently deleted from local storage and iCloud when removed
• Backups: May persist in iCloud backups until you delete app data or restore your device
